Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance through our website www.matsu.ie or contact us info@matsu.ie Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Group bookings (5+ people) may require a deposit of 50%, with the balance due on the day. Gift Vouchers: Can be used for workshop bookings but must be applied at checkout. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Customer Cancellations: More than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund or free rescheduling. 3-7 days before the workshop: 50% refund or one free reschedule. Less than 72 hours before the workshop: No refunds or rescheduling. Business Cancellations: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues), customers will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling. 3. Workshop Participation Age Restrictions: Participants must be 12 years or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Health & Safety: If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 48 hours before the workshop. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to join, and no refund will be issued. 4. Private & Group Bookings We offer private sushi workshops for corporate events, birthdays, or special occasions. Custom menus and experiences are available upon request. Group bookings of 5+ people require a 50% deposit, with final numbers confirmed 7 days before the event. 5. Photography & Media We may take photos or videos during the workshop for promotional use.
